Refund policy
At Kaymily Home, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy allows you to return eligible items under the following conditions:
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Items that have been assembled, modified, or damaged are not eligible for returns.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact Us: Start your return by contacting our customer service team at hello@kaymilyhome.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and parts. Ship the item back to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. The cost of return shipping, including any shipping fees associated with refunds, will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (Shipping costs are non-refundable).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
